Meservy’s Stork  Announcement (1993)

We thought our family was complete
No ifs or ands or maybes.
But late last summer we found out
We'd be having one more baby.

At eleven twenty-six p.m.
In March the 15th day,
This little surprise came into our lives
She arrived without delay.

A 5-pound 4-ounce baby girl
Much smaller than the others
We gave her the name of Sarah Jane
after her great-grandmother.

Now Mike and Sally, Cara and Dallin,
Tyler, Brighton and Alyssa,
Are happy and helping and having fun
with their new little baby sister!
